Products will have slight variations due to the one of a kind variations in natural materials and the effect of those variations on our lasers. Your products are uniquely yours!

Your order will be processed within 5 business days from the date payment is received.  At invoice, an estimated completion time will be provided.  We strive to ship products in less than 14 days.

Orders must be cancelled prior to the start of production for full refund.

Final costs, shipping fees, and taxes will be invoiced prior to start of production.
